This is the second Honda CR-V we have bought from Jenkins Honda and we have been extremely happy with both transactions. Brady was our salesman on our first purchase and he was excellent and is now in the service department so we see him when we take the car in for service where we get the same excellent service. AJ was our salesman on our recent purchase and was also excellent, he insisted on my taking the car for a test drive even though I told him I didn’t need too since I already owned one but he said it was part of his job, He made sure I was happy with everything about the car and work with me until we came up with a price and payment that I was happy with. I would definitely recommend AJ an Jenkins Honda to anyone looking to purchase a Honda.

Don’t ever make a simple inquiry about an automobile at this company because when you choose to pass, they will just call your phone repeatedly every single day anywhere from 5 to 10 times a day aggressively leaving message after message after message after message never stopping I just experienced this for approximately six weeks straight to the point I finally called back and asked them to please stop and remove me to be spoke to extremely rudely and then hung up on so I called back to speak to a supervisor Who has just as rude Demanding, I accept an apology which I didn’t need. I just wanted to share feedback so that maybe they could have the opportunity to improve but instead he continued to talk over me and be rude. I would highly recommend you never contact this dealership because they will harass you to no end they don’t care about you they just want your money, but if you like to be treated aggressively, then this would be your number one choice. I would never do business at this dealership not when they’re aggressive this way, and clearly the sales people are told to do this by their sales management because I just experienced an aggressive sales manager .

I feel that when my son went in to buy a car advertised
I feel that when my son went in to buy a car advertised at $20,900, and came out with that same car, owing $32,000, that they took complete advantage of someone who needed more explanation of what he was signing. It is criminal to tack on $12,000, and then give him an interest rate over 9%. He has excellent credit, and they didn’t bother to ask for a co-signer. They won’t take the car back so he is stuck paying twice what the car is worth. For shame on AJ and Mike. You people could care less who you hurt as long as it lines your pockets. You were not willing to work with me. I couldn’t even get through to the stupid person who keeps auto-replying. You don’t personally call people back; for shame on you. I will tell the rich neighbors I have in The Villages how awful your dealerships are, and tell them to go elsewhere to be treated decently. I just am astounded that even though car dealers are the worst for ripping people off, you hit a new low. A total of $38,000 with interest, for a $20,000 car? Is that even legal? Almost double the sticker price out the door. AJ should be fired for what he did, and Mike in finance is the most despicable person I have talked with. I will continue to let people know not to buy from you.

Brady was our salesman on our first purchase and he was excellent and is now in the service department so we see him when we take the car in for service where we get the same excellent service. AJ was our salesman on our recent purchase and was also excellent, he insisted on my taking the car for a test drive even though I told him I didn’t need too since I already owned one but he said it was part of his job, He made sure I was happy with everything about the car and work with me until we came up with a price and payment that I was happy with. I would definitely recommend AJ an Jenkins Honda to anyone looking to purchase a Honda.

Roger & Paul are by far the most professional persons I ever had the pleasure of working with in any service department and considering I have been in the transportation field for many years that is truly saying something, I had received a less than flattering diagnosis for my 2008 Honda Odyssey and I wanted a second opinion. I had spent weeks looking at and buying parts, buying manuals, watching videos, all to prepare myself to take the task on myself since I am a new small business owner and needed to watch my bottom line. Roger took the list from the previous evaluator and within 15 minutes took me back to meet Paul and to go over what he found, what he agreed with, what he didn't, and more importantly, what a 20 plus years of experience professional recommended. I explained my situation, what parts I had obtained, and Roger gave me his initial estimate and I was set to come back the next day. Still wanting to ensure I received the best value; I called several other shops to compare costs. A few I had to tell, congratulations, and when they asked why, I replied "you've managed to beat Honda". To which at least one replied "yeah we're pretty competitive" so I had to explain what I meant. "No, no, sir, you're misunderstanding, you've managed to go well over what the actual dealer quoted me." Information in hand, Roger took it all into account, and met me in the middle and gave me an even better price. THAT is going above and beyond. His no nonsense, and to the point explanations were exactly what I needed to hear. It spoke of his integrity and commitment to providing excellent customer service. Paul, seriously, whatever you're paying this guy you need to double it. I have never worked with someone more efficient and so well educated in his area of expertise. He shares that knowledge with his coworkers, and you can see they look up to him. If he's not the foreman, it better be because he said no, because that guy is on top of his game. I don't want anyone else to work on my vehicles now, unless he's supervising the job. You have made a veteran, new small business owner, a customer for life. I cannot thank you Roger & Paul enough. They need to tell customers when making service appointments that they are NOT speaking to the dealership. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I wanted to give credit to Chad and the team at Jenkins Honda of Leesburg for making my car-buying experience much better than I expected. I purchased a used 2021 Mazda CX-5 Touring from them, and Chad was excellent from start to finish. Before I ever came to the dealership, he was the only salesperson I dealt with during my search who actually answered all of my questions, provided the information I asked for, verified my concerns, and gave me clear pricing without giving me the runaround. When I asked about the price, he re-quoted it at a better number, and all fees were disclosed up front. The final out-the-door price matched what I had been told, with no surprise charges. I was paying cash, and there was absolutely no pressure to finance, no pushy sales tactics, and no attempt to upsell me on things I didn’t want. The whole experience was relaxed, friendly, and straightforward. Chad was very easy to deal with, and everyone I interacted with at the dealership was friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be there. I was also pleasantly surprised that they included powertrain coverage on the Mazda even though Jenkins is a Honda dealership. On top of that, they washed the car and filled the gas tank before I left, leaving with a full tank was a nice extra touch. The CX-5 has been great so far, and I’m very happy with the purchase. I was honestly dreading having to go through the dealership buying process, but Chad and the Jenkins Honda of Leesburg staff made it a very positive experience. I would definitely recommend asking for Chad if you’re shopping for a vehicle.

Jenkin’s Honda has always done a great job servicing my Honda Accord. Nate, my service writer was friendly, polite & professional. He even mentioned a service coupon that I wasn’t aware of for my oil change. My service was done in a timely manner & Nate went through my vehicle inspection sheet when my service was completed. I highly recommend Jenkin’s Honda for the service on your vehicles!
