This is a really nice place to shop for both new and used Honda cars and trucks. The amount of cars to choose from with options varying from different colors, to vehicles that were either gas or hybrids was just amazing. They have a wonderful waiting area that was super clean, comfy & has free snacks and drinks. Olivia Myers was my service advisor, and she was incredibly sweet, kind, and professional. She explained everything very clearly, which gave me confidence that my vehicle was being well taken care of. I also appreciated that there was no pressure to complete services that weren’t immediately necessary—she honestly explained that some items could wait another one or two oil changes. Overall, the Jenkins Honda service department was amazing. Honda has a great reputation for a reason, and it’s good to see both the product and the customer service continuing to perform at such a high level. Great experience!

I came in for an oil change and routine work and had one software update to have done. Was told I also needed alignment work done and they needed 3 hours. Because I had another they took me home and picked me up when the work was completed. Great savings for me since I am handicapped.
